This property provides the opportunity to own high elevation mountain land. Located in the Yellow Mountain range, the property offers privacy, long distance views, mature forests, and abundant wildlife. An interior road provides access through the property all the way to the top. The patriarch of the Brenneman family grew Christmas Trees on the upper slopes of the property. These openings show the kind of views that are possible from the upper slopes. There is significant timber value and good possibilities for harvesting timber if so desired. The property has a 2014 survey of the boundary lines, and a deeded 30' access right-of-way on the existing private road. On the northern end of the property, Race Path Branch holds native brook trout.
